Toning N' Tots offers two different options to make sure that you can find what is right for you! Classes cater to all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms and conditioned moms with stroller-aged children. All fitness classes are instructed by ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and Mom, Kristin Johnson. Moms can also form lasting friendships with other moms in the community through organized play dates, online Private Facebook chat page and moms' nights out!

TNT is a class for Mommy's and female caregivers to workout out with baby in tow! This class is for all levels, so come as you are! Modifications will be given and some of the exercises can be done while babywearing if you should choose! We start with a creative warm up with songs to get babies engaged, a “mommy only” fitness segment (babies are right beside us watching!), strengthening and conditioning (we ALWAYS include post natal abdominal and core work – focusing on diastases recti) and our cool down stretch with the kids!
Personal training is a good time to get that hour to focus on just YOU! You may bring your children or come solo to get that "me time" we all need every now and then! The workout will be tailored to your personal goals and needs. You choose the session length 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Whatever fits your schedule!
